I absolutely adored the charming decor of The Potting Shed. The floral wallpaper and cozy furnishings made me feel like I was staying in a countryside cottage. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a warm ambiance for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the property, with wide hallways and handrails in the necessary places.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have a designated staff member available to assist with any needs or inquiries. The children working there were pleasant, but sometimes it would have been helpful to have someone specifically dedicated to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for older guests.

We were amazed by the beautiful location of the hotel, surrounded by nature's splendor. The property itself was stunning, with a perfect combination of modernity and coziness. The room was impeccably presented, clean, and comfortable. The welcoming gesture of having milk in the fridge and Welsh cakes was a delightful touch. The kitchen and bathroom were well-maintained, although we had to bring our own toilet roll. the service was commendable, and the facilities offered were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the room.
It was a bit disappointing to find no bin liners in the kitchen and bathroom bins, requiring us to take care of it ourselves.
